Level Up and LIVE
After years of seeing others live their lives on autopilot with what society sells us, and almost doing that very same thing myself, I want to see more of us unplug that programming. I want to help you see and become the best version of yourself. I want you to feel the freedom to explore new things, make mistakes, and let those mistakes roll off your backs as they teach you how to move forward. I want you to reflect on this very moment in your life years from now and realize that one decision you made to better yourself changed your entire trajectory which led you where you wanted to be. Unfortunately, life doesn’t always present us with exactly what steps to take. We get frustrated and discouraged. We start making excuses. And we miss out on what the universe really has to offer us. The position you’re in currently is the one that can motivate you to level up. Be present, in the moment and enjoy the journey. Understand that life is happening for you not to you. (Read that sentence again) You have to start somewhere, YES or YES? Baby steps, first you can start crawling, which turns into walking and BOOM before you know it you’re jogging then running. Trust me, I am no stranger to being scared, nervous, and fearful of being judged. I too have thought ”What if ”. What if it doesn’t work? What if I fail? Sound familiar... You are not alone. I am an imperfect human being just like you. We take one step at a time. Maybe on the 38th step, we continue to stumble. But we keep getting up, because falling doesn’t keep us on the ground. We keep moving forward no matter what and learning from our mistakes. One action to inch you closer, to move you further, to move you onward in the direction of your dream. BUT, there is one catch: NO one can take action for you. You have to be the one to take it, even it it’s with trembling knees. You are loved here. You are supported here. We got your back. We believe in you. Are you ready to take that first step? Well, CONGRATS by subscribing to this podcast you have accomplished just that. Celebrate the wins big or small. Remember, this is a journey not a destination. This is lifestyle change. We are here to help you see and become the best version of yourself. Let the journey begin.

Welcome back to another exciting episode of "Level Up with Sean Meyers," the podcast dedicated to helping you unlock your full potential in becoming the best version of yourself, and achieving your dreams. I'm your host, Sean Meyers, and I'm thrilled to have you with us today for Episode 14.
But before we dive into today's topic, I want to take a minute to thank you for your continued support and engagement. Your feedback and enthusiasm truly fuel my passion for this podcast, and I'm excited to continue this journey of growth and transformation together.
Now, let's get to today's topic, which is all about "Finding Your Purpose." It's a subject that's near and dear to my heart, and I believe it's one of the most significant steps you can take to level up your life.
So, what exactly does it mean to find your purpose? Well, it's about discovering the driving force behind your existence, understanding what truly makes you come alive, and aligning your actions and choices with manifesting it into existence.
Tip 1: Self-Reflection is Key
The first tip I want to share with you on this journey to finding your purpose is to engage in deep self-reflection. What do you mean by that, Sean? Great question, let me explain.
Take the time to ask yourself profound questions like:
What activities make me lose track of time?
When do I feel most fulfilled?
What problems in the world do I feel compelled to solve?
These questions will help you uncover the patterns and passions that can lead you toward your purpose.
Tip 2: Embrace Your Unique Journey
Remember that finding your purpose is a journey, not a destination. Your path won't be the same as anyone else's, and that's perfectly okay. Embrace your uniqueness, and don't compare yourself to others. Your purpose is deeply personal and should reflect who you are, not who you think you should be.
Tip 3: Learn from Setbacks
Setbacks and obstacles are part of life. They don't mean you're on the wrong path; they're opportunities for growth and learning. When you encounter difficulties, don't give up. Instead, reevaluate your approach, learn from your mistakes, and keep moving forward.
Now, let's talk about aligning your purpose with your career and life goals. This is where the magic happens because when your purpose guides your decisions, you'll find greater fulfillment and success.
Tip 4: Start Small
Don't feel pressured to make a drastic career change overnight. Start by incorporating your purpose into your current job or daily life. Look for opportunities to align your values and passions with your existing responsibilities. This gradual transition can lead to more significant changes over time.
Tip 5: Seek Support and Mentorship
Finding your purpose can be challenging, but you don't have to do it alone. Seek out mentors, coaches, or like-minded individuals who can provide guidance and support.
Coaches and Mentors can share their experiences, offer valuable insights, and help you stay on track. If you want to see if you’re a good fit for our program, you can always book a free 15-minute coaching call through our website in the description of this podcast.
Tip 6: Take Action
The most crucial step of all is taking action. Your purpose won't become a reality if you don't actively work towards it. Set clear goals, create a plan, and take consistent steps towards aligning your life with your purpose. Remember, small actions can lead to significant transformations.
As we wrap up today's episode, I want to leave you with this powerful thought: Finding your purpose is a lifelong journey, and it's okay to evolve and adapt along the way. Your purpose may change or become more refined as you grow, and that's the beautiful part of the process.
I encourage each one of you to take the first step on this incredible journey. Embrace self-reflection, stay consistent in the face of setbacks, and align your purpose with your career and life goals.
Thank you for joining me today on "Level Up with Sean Meyers." I hope this episode has inspired and empowered you to take action towards finding your purpose. Remember, your potential is limitless, and I believe in you.
If you enjoyed today's episode, please subscribe, leave a review, and share it with your friends and family. Together, we can create a community of purpose-driven individuals committed to leveling up their lives.
Until next time, keep leveling up, and remember, your purpose is out there waiting for you to discover it. Take that first step today!

Overcoming self-doubt and imposter syndrome is a common challenge that many people face.
These feelings can indeed hold you back from reaching your full potential in becoming the best version of yourself.
Here are some tips and tricks to help you navigate and conquer these negative thoughts:
Celebrate Your Achievements: Keep a record of your accomplishments, both big and small. Whenever you doubt yourself, look back at this list to remind yourself of your capabilities.
Embrace Failure as Learning: Failure is a natural part of growth. Instead of seeing failure as a reflection of your inadequacy, view it as an opportunity to learn and improve.
Avoid Comparisons: Comparing yourself to others is a surefire way to fuel imposter syndrome. Remember that everyone's journey is unique, and you're on your own path of growth.
Set Realistic Goals: Break down your goals into smaller, achievable steps. When you accomplish these smaller goals, you'll gain a sense of progress and competence.
Practice Self-Compassion: Treat yourself with the same kindness and understanding that you would offer to a friend. Be forgiving of your mistakes and imperfections.
Positive Affirmations: Regularly repeat positive affirmations to counteract negative self-talk. Affirmations can help rewire your thought patterns over time.
Seek Feedback: Don't shy away from seeking constructive feedback from mentors, peers, or supervisors. Their perspectives can help you gain a more accurate view of your strengths and areas for improvement.
Remember Past Successes: Reflect on times when you felt like an imposter but still succeeded. Reminding yourself of these instances can help shift your mindset.
Focus on Progress, Not Perfection: Perfection is an unattainable goal. Aim for progress and growth instead. Each step forward is a victory.
Visualize Success: Spend time visualizing yourself succeeding in your endeavors. This practice can help boost your confidence and reduce anxiety.
Build a Supportive Network: Surround yourself with people who uplift and encourage you. A supportive network can remind you of your worth and help you navigate challenges.
Practice Self-Care: Taking care of your physical and mental well-being can have a positive impact on your self-esteem. Exercise, proper sleep, and mindfulness techniques can all contribute to a healthier mindset.
Seek Professional Help: If self-doubt and imposter syndrome are severely affecting your life, consider speaking with a therapist or counselor. They can provide personalized strategies to cope with these feelings.
Remember that overcoming self-doubt and imposter syndrome is a journey, and it takes time and effort. Be patient with yourself and stay committed to your personal growth and development.

[SEGMENT 1: PRIORITIZING LIKE A PRO]
Our first stop on the journey to mastering time management is learning how to prioritize tasks. You know that a never-ending to-do list can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right approach, you can turn chaos into clarity.
One strategy is the Eisenhower Matrix, where tasks are divided into four categories: urgent and important, important but not urgent, urgent but not important, and neither urgent nor important. By sorting your tasks into these categories, you can focus on what truly matters and eliminate time-wasting activities.
Remember, not all tasks are created equal, and mastering time management means knowing how to differentiate between what's urgent and what's truly important.
-High Likability / High Impact
-High Likability / Low Impact
-Low Likability / Low Impact
-Low Likability / High Impact
[SEGMENT 2: DELEGATING FOR SUCCESS]
Moving on to our second strategy, let's talk about delegation. It's easy to fall into the trap of thinking that you have to do everything yourself, but that's simply not true. Effective leaders and time managers know how to delegate tasks to others who are better suited for them.
Delegating doesn't just free up your time; it also empowers your team members and fosters a collaborative environment. Remember, folks, you don't have to be a superhero – sometimes, the real superpower lies in your ability to trust and empower others.
[SEGMENT 3: THE ART OF SETTING ACHIEVABLE GOALS]
Ah, goal-setting – it's like crafting your own roadmap to success. Our third strategy involves setting achievable goals. One of the most effective ways to do this is by using the SMART criteria: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound.
Specific – State what you you’ll do, I want to lose 25 pounds of fat.
Measurable – Provide a way to evaluate, track or Use metrics or data targets. I will use MyFitnessPal Pal
Achievable – Are you able to take action to achieve goal? Actionable goals ensure the steps to get there are within your control.
Realistic – Avoid overwhelm and unnecessary stress and frustration by making the goal realistic.
Timebound – A date, day and time helps us stay focused and motivated, inspired and something to work towards.
When your goals meet these criteria, they become clearer and more actionable. This, in turn, helps you allocate your time more efficiently towards tasks that actually contribute to your long-term objectives.
Remember, listeners, goals without a plan are just dreams. So, dream big, but make sure to map out the steps to get there.
[SEGMENT 4: THE POWER OF TIME BLOCKING]
Now, let's dive into a time management technique that's gained a lot of traction lately – time blocking. This method involves breaking your day into chunks of time dedicated to specific tasks. It's a fantastic way to create a sense of structure and prevent tasks from bleeding into each other.
By allocating set periods for different activities, you not only stay on track but also reduce the likelihood of multitasking, which can often lead to decreased productivity. Remember, folks, it's not about doing more; it's about doing better. Work harder, and work smarter.
I do 30-minute time blocks with 4 intervals, then take a 30 minute break typically for lunch. Then another set of 4 intervals, and repeat.
[SEGMENT 5: WRAPPING UP AND TAKING ACTION]
Remember, mastering time management is an ongoing journey, and it's perfectly okay to try out different techniques to find what works best for you.
As we wrap up today's episode, I encourage each and every one of you to take action. Start implementing these strategies into your daily routine and watch as your productivity soars to new heights. And don't forget, if you stumble along the way, that's part of the process too. Keep learning, keep growing, and keep leveling up!

Vulnerability is often misunderstood as a weakness, but it's a powerful catalyst for personal transformation and authentic, deep and meaningful connections. Today we will uncover practical strategies to embrace vulnerability, boost your emotional intelligence, and cultivate courage.
Get ready to unlock your true potential and level up your life!
What do you mean by embracing vulnerability Sean, great question let me explain?
"Embracing Vulnerability" is a powerful concept that involves opening up and being honest about our thoughts, feelings, and experiences with others. While vulnerability may seem scary or uncomfortable, it offers several benefits, especially in building stronger connections with others. Let's explore some of these advantages and provide strategies for embracing vulnerability.
Benefits of Embracing Vulnerability:
Authenticity: When we allow ourselves to be vulnerable, we show our true selves to others. This authenticity creates a genuine and trustworthy connection with those around us. People appreciate honesty and are more likely to reciprocate by opening up as well.
Deeper Connections: Vulnerability fosters deeper connections with others. By sharing our fears, struggles, and joys, we create an emotional bond that goes beyond surface-level interactions. This allows us to form meaningful relationships with greater empathy and understanding.
Emotional Support: When we are vulnerable, we give others the opportunity to support us emotionally. This can lead to receiving valuable advice, encouragement, and comfort during challenging times.
Empathy and Compassion: Sharing vulnerability helps others understand that they are not alone in their struggles. This fosters empathy and compassion, as people recognize and relate to each other's emotions and experiences.
Growth and Learning: Embracing vulnerability often involves stepping outside of our comfort zones. By doing so, we open ourselves up to new experiences and opportunities for personal growth and learning.
Strategies for Embracing Vulnerability:
Recognize and Acknowledge Emotions: Start by recognizing and acknowledging your emotions, both positive and negative. Understand that vulnerability is not a sign of weakness but a display of courage and self-awareness.
Start with Trusted Individuals: Begin by sharing your vulnerabilities with close friends, family members, or supportive individuals you trust. This creates a safe space where you feel comfortable expressing yourself.
Share Your Story: Open up about your experiences, challenges, and successes. Being transparent about your journey helps others relate to you on a deeper level and encourages them to share their stories as well.
Listen Actively: Encourage others to share their vulnerabilities by actively listening without judgment. Be empathetic and supportive, fostering an environment where people feel accepted and understood.
Practice Self-Compassion: Be kind to yourself during this process. Understand that everyone has vulnerabilities, and it's okay to experience them. Practice self-compassion to cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself.
Take Small Steps: Embracing vulnerability can be overwhelming, so start with small steps. Share something you might not usually discuss but feels manageable. Gradually, you'll become more comfortable with sharing deeper emotions.
Embrace Vulnerability as a Strength: Instead of viewing vulnerability as a weakness, recognize it as a strength. Being vulnerable takes courage and authenticity, making you more relatable and approachable to others.
Seek Professional Help if Needed: If you find it challenging to open up due to past traumas or emotional barriers, consider seeking professional counseling or therapy. A therapist can help you work through these challenges in a safe and supportive setting.
Embracing vulnerability can lead to stronger and more meaningful connections with others. By being authentic, opening up, and supporting each other emotionally, we create an environment of empathy, compassion, and growth. Remember, it's a journey, and taking small steps towards vulnerability can lead to transformative and fulfilling relationships in the long run.
Remember, embracing vulnerability requires courage, and it's a journey that each one of us can embark on. By peeling back our emotional layers, we unlock the potential to forge authentic connections and foster empathy within ourselves and with others.

Prioritize Regular Exercise:
Regular physical activity is vital for maintaining a healthy body and mind. Aim for at least 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous-intensity exercise per week. Activities such as walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, or dancing can be enjoyable and effective. Find a form of exercise that you enjoy and try to make it a regular part of your daily or weekly routine.
Adopt a Balanced Diet:
A well-balanced diet is the foundation of good health. Focus on incorporating a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats into your meals. Limit the intake of processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive amounts of salt and saturated fats. Practicing portion control can also help maintain a healthy weight and avoid overeating.
Get Sufficient Sleep:
Adequate sleep is essential for both physical and mental restoration. Aim for 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night, as it helps your body recover, improves cognitive function, and supports emotional well-being. Create a sleep-friendly environment, establish a consistent sleep schedule, and avoid using electronic devices before bedtime to improve the quality of your sleep.
Manage Stress:
Chronic stress can negatively impact your health. Find stress-reducing activities that work for you, such as mindfulness meditation, deep breathing exercises, yoga, or spending time in nature. Taking breaks, setting boundaries, and seeking support from friends, family, or professionals can also help manage stress effectively.
Stay Hydrated:
Water plays a crucial role in maintaining bodily functions and overall health. Aim to drink at least 8 cups (64 ounces) of water per day, and adjust your intake based on factors like climate, physical activity, and individual needs. Carry a water bottle with you to remind yourself to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Limit Screen Time:
Excessive screen time, especially from electronic devices, can affect both your physical health and mental well-being. Set limits on screen time, particularly before bedtime, and make time for more fulfilling activities like reading, hobbies, or spending time with loved ones.
Cultivate Mindfulness:
Practicing mindfulness can help you stay present and reduce anxiety. Take a few minutes each day to practice mindfulness meditation or simply focus on your breath. Mindful eating can also improve your relationship with food and enhance your eating experience.
Socialize and Connect:
Maintaining social connections is crucial for mental and emotional health. Make time for friends and family, participate in group activities, and join clubs or organizations aligned with your interests. Social interactions can provide support, reduce loneliness, and boost your overall happiness.
Developing healthy habits is a powerful way to enhance both your physical and mental wellbeing. By prioritizing regular exercise, adopting a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, managing stress, staying hydrated, limiting screen time, practicing mindfulness, and nurturing social connections, you can create a holistic approach to a healthier and happier life. Remember that small, consistent steps can lead to significant improvements, so start incorporating these habits into your daily routine today. Your body and mind will thank you for it in the long run.

Today we will be sharing the (4) temperaments framework, and helping you to understand each of the temperaments.
You have an opportunity every day, with every person you encounter, to hurt or to help.
Temperament VS Personality
Temperament is what you’re naturally predisposed to. Like your eye color or fingerprint, it’s unchangeable. It is why some people are drawn to the spotlight and stage and others are content with a cubicle in a quiet office. You don’t choose who you are and you can’t change how you’re wired… though many of us try.
Personality is how you display your thoughts and feelings. It’s influenced by things like birth order, education, and experiences. It can, and does, evolve over time. Just think about the high school version of you compared to the man or woman you are today. The years and experiences in between have changed you.
Here are the (4) Temperaments.
Sanguine:
Traits: Cheerful, outgoing, social, optimistic, and lively.
Tips: Embrace your extroverted nature and sociability. Your enthusiasm and energy can be contagious and positively impact those around you. However, be mindful of impulsive behavior and remember to follow through on commitments.
Choleric:
Traits: Ambitious, confident, decisive, and assertive.
Tips: Use your natural leadership skills to motivate and guide others. Your strong determination can be an asset in achieving goals, but be mindful of being overly controlling or aggressive in your approach.
Melancholic:
Traits: Thoughtful, analytical, reserved, and sensitive.
Tips: Your introspective nature allows you to see things from a different perspective. Embrace your creativity and use it to express your emotions and thoughts. Be cautious of overthinking and negative self-talk; find a healthy outlet for your feelings.
Phlegmatic:
Traits: Calm, easygoing, patient, and diplomatic.
Tips: Your ability to remain calm under pressure can be a great asset in resolving conflicts and creating harmony. Use your diplomatic skills to mediate and bring people together. However, make sure you also express your needs and avoid being overly passive in situations where your input is essential.
Remember that these temperaments are generalizations, and most people possess a combination of traits from multiple temperaments. The goal is not to fit into a specific category but to understand yourself better and capitalize on your strengths while working on areas that may need improvement. Self-awareness can lead to personal growth and more harmonious relationships with others.
